Yes. There is no charge to request a cleaning estimate from Maid Simple Cleaning.

Usually we only need a handful of details:

• Number of bedrooms and bathrooms when applicable
• Type of cleaning requested
• General condition of the property
• Any special requests

Photos may also be helpful for deep cleans, move-outs, yard projects, or properties needing extra attention.

No. Tell us what you're trying to accomplish and we'll help determine whether Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning, or another service makes the most sense.

No. Our pricing is based on the overall property, condition, service, and scope of work rather than making you inventory every tiny feature in your home.

If something is unusual or requires significant extra labor, just tell us about it.

Standard Cleaning starts at $150, Deep Cleaning starts at $250, and Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning starts at $275.

These are starting prices rather than guaranteed flat rates. Final pricing depends on the size, condition, service type, and scope of the property.

Because two homes of the same size can require very different amounts of work. One may be regularly maintained while another may need substantial scrubbing, pet hair removal, or extra detail work.

We would rather quote the actual cleaning needed than use a one-size-fits-all price.

Pricing may be affected by factors such as:

• Heavy buildup
• Excessive pet hair
• Significant clutter
• Smoke residue
• Post-renovation dust

If the actual property condition or requested scope is substantially different from what was used to prepare the estimate, we'll discuss the situation with you before making a significant change to the price or scope.

Recurring service is quoted based on the home and cleaning frequency. Because a regularly maintained home often requires less work than an initial cleaning, recurring pricing may differ from one-time service pricing.

Standard Cleaning is designed for homes in generally maintained condition and focuses on routine cleaning throughout kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, and accessible surfaces.

If the home needs significant detail work or buildup removal, Deep Cleaning may be a better fit.

Standard Cleaning is intended for routine upkeep.

Deep Cleaning allows additional time for buildup, baseboards, trim, detailed dusting, kitchen and bathroom scrubbing, and other areas that need more attention.

Yes. We clean apartments for residents as well as vacant units for landlords, Realtors, and property managers.

Yes. Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is designed primarily for vacant or mostly vacant apartments, houses, rentals, and turnover properties.

Yes. We provide Office & Light Commercial Cleaning for smaller offices, professional spaces, common areas, and other light commercial properties. Commercial cleaning is custom quoted.

Yes. We offer small-scale yard and property cleanup for manageable residential projects such as leaves, ordinary debris, seasonal cleanup, and basic property preparation.

This is a cleanup service rather than full landscaping.

Yes. Optional services may include appliance interiors, cabinet interiors, interior windows, garage or basement projects, organization assistance, and other custom cleaning requests.

No. You do not necessarily need to be home as long as safe and appropriate access arrangements have been confirmed before the appointment.

Yes. We normally bring the standard supplies and equipment needed for the agreed cleaning service unless another arrangement has been made.

No. You're hiring us to clean.

If significant clutter prevents access to surfaces or floors included in the service, clearing those areas may help us use the appointment time more effectively.

Let us know about pets before the appointment. Pets should be safely secured when necessary so our team can work safely and your pets remain comfortable.

Appointment length depends on the size, condition, cleaning type, crew size, and scope of the property.

We schedule around the work required rather than forcing every property into the same time slot.

You can ask, but same-day additions depend on the amount of work and available appointment time. Some requests may need to be added to a future service.

Yes. Recurring cleaning may be available weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on scheduling and the needs of the property.

Yes. Maid Simple Cleaning carries insurance for the services we provide.

Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. Rescheduling is subject to availability and any applicable cancellation or rescheduling terms in your service agreement.

Let us know before the appointment whenever possible. We want to understand important access instructions, delicate surfaces, areas you do not want cleaned, or other property-specific requests.
